We encourage Service Users to take as much control of their lives as possible, paying particular attention to choices about where to live, who to live with, and how support is provided.

We emphasise self-determination and decision-making power, always maintaining that everyone has some capacity to work productively, regardless of any mental health, learning disability, or autism label.

We actively pursue opportunities for each individual to participate as a fully valued working citizen in their local community.
